Our Wayuu backpacks are crafted using the finest ancestral weaving and a single-thread crochet technique. Each bag is a unique piece, made from natural fiber threads blending cotton and silk. Due to the meticulous artisanal process, each backpack takes 15 to 20 days to produce, ensuring quality in every detail.
The mochila has four parts: strap, base, drawstring, and tassels. Each piece is woven individually using the ancestral Wayuu single-strand weave, including attaching the strap, ensuring quality and authenticity.
