Shipping and Return Policies
We ship to all departments throughout Colombia via Coordinadora.
Before completing your purchase (checkout), you will see an additional charge to the products you are buying, which corresponds to the amount charged by the carrier.
Our shipments are made on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Colombian national holidays.
Major cities:
Estimated delivery time of 6 to 8 business days.
Other municipalities:
Delivery time may increase by an additional 5 business days, depending on the destination.
For products subject to Pre-Order, shipping times are 25 to 35 business days or as indicated in the note specifying the Pre-Order condition.
Deliveries are not guaranteed at an exact time and must be sent to a specific and secure address, such as a home or office.
Delivery time starts counting from payment confirmation and may be affected by force majeure or the factors mentioned above. Purchases made after 6 PM will be considered as made on the next business day. Likewise, orders received on holidays or public holidays will be taken as purchased on the next business day.

Remember that:
- Our payment platform must approve the transaction according to data analysis.
- Credit or debit card payments through our payment platform may take up to one (1) business day for approval.
- In the case of cash on delivery, times start counting immediately after the purchase is made.
- Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email with confirmation of your order. Subsequently, when your order is shipped, we will send a new email with the tracking number, which will allow you to know the actual location of the product and the estimated delivery date with the carrier.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, hangers, fabric bags, and other exclusive packaging materials, including hang tags. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and must be accompanied by the receipt with the merchandise in its original condition. All sale merchandise purchases are final sale.

You have fifteen (15) calendar days from the day you receive your order to make an exchange. To request it, visit the "Contact Us" section on our website, enter your email and order number. The system will validate that the order is within the valid period to make the exchange. You can also contact us at CORREO WOYURA with your order number. After this period, exchanges cannot be processed.
Once the exchange request is filed with the necessary information, we will respond within eight (8) business days. If the request is approved, you must send the item to be returned to the following address, assuming the shipping cost:

Once we receive your product and verify that it is in optimal condition, within eight (8) business days, you can choose between:
• Product exchange: Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lower value than the original. The difference, if applicable, will be provided as a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. If there is no availability for the exchange, the product value will be provided as a voucher for a new purchase.
• Voucher: To make a new purchase exclusively at PAGINA WEB WOYURA
We will inform you by email if your product meets the criteria for exchange. If it does not meet them, we will inform you of the reason and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address with a cash-on-delivery charge that you must assume.
If one of our products has a quality issue within three (3) months after purchase, contact us through the "Contact Us" button on our website, enter your email, order number, and the reasons for invoking the warranty. The system will validate that the exchange is within the established period. Once we receive the request with the necessary information, you must send the item to the following address, assuming the shipping cost:

Our technical department will analyze the item and confirm whether the request has been approved within eight (8) business days from when we receive the product.
If approved, we will send you a voucher or credit note so you can arrange the exchange for a new product at no additional cost. If not approved and you want the item back, we will send it to you with cash-on-delivery service.
According to the right of withdrawal established by Law 1480 Art. 47, the maximum period to exercise it is five (5) business days from delivery of the goods. After this time, we cannot offer you a refund, but we can offer an exchange that you can make up to one (1) month after your purchase has been delivered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund, visit the "Contact Us" button on our website, enter your email, order number, explain the reasons, and request the refund.
Make sure the items have not been used, are in optimal condition, include their original packaging, intact tags, and the purchase invoice. Costs associated with the return, including round-trip shipping costs, will be your responsibility and will not be refunded. According to paragraph 7 of Article 47 of Law 1480, personal use goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
If the above points are met, WOYURA will refund the total amount you paid for the items, without discounts or withholdings, within a maximum of eight (8) business days following receipt of the product, through:
- Electronic Transfer: Within eight (8) business days of receiving the product. We do not have an exact date for when it will be reflected in the bank account; this depends on the operation and the banking institutions.
- Payment Reversal: To the same account or credit card from which the purchase was made. We do not have an exact date for when it will be reflected in your card balance; this depends on the operation and the banking institutions.
- Bank Account Deposit: In the customer's name. We do not have an exact date for when it will be reflected in the bank account; this depends on the operation and the banking institutions.
If the product does not meet the conditions to accept the return, we will inform you by email of the reason and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address with a cash-on-delivery payment that you must assume.
The law provides that in sales made through e-commerce mechanisms and/or online sales, where a credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment method has been used, the participants in the payment process must reverse payments requested by the consumer when:
- It is an unsolicited transaction.
- The purchased product has not been received within the time stated in the delivery policy.
- The delivered product does not correspond to what was requested or is defective.
To proceed with payment reversal, within five (5) business days, the consumer must return the product, when applicable, and notify the claim to the issuer of the electronic payment method used to make the purchase. The issuer, together with the other participants in the payment process, will proceed to reverse the transaction to the buyer once the merchandise has been received back.
